Orphan Aid, Liberia is a Christian ministry following God’s call to serve orphaned children in Liberia, West Africa. OAL was birthed in 2008 and it is our charge by God to feed, clothe, provide medical care and safe shelter, disciple, protect, and educate orphaned children in one of the poorest countries in the world. Our work has been focused in the village of Balama as there are a great number of orphaned children. Through our work our children that were sick and under nourished now receive medical care and three meals a day. We ship supplies including school supplies, clothes, shoes, books, and other needed goods every three months. In 2010 OAL constructed new all steel and powered facilities for our children, including a new school. Our school is staffed with certified and experienced individuals and we also staff caretakers, cooks, and security guards.
God’s vision for OAL is that we continue to grow our children in Christ. We are also called to further our reach to touch the lives of other orphaned children in Liberia.
